SALONBOAT PAX
The Pax was built around 1918 and is one of the oldest classic Amsterdam tour boats. For more than 2 years the Pax has been lovingly and with attention to the smallest details converted into a beautiful saloon boat.
The classic lines and elements have been retained. Inside, the Pax has been given a completely new interior with beautiful brass and teak details. The electric drive now allows you to cruise through Amsterdam’s heritage in complete silence.
The roof can be partially opened in summer and the windows along the side can be completely lowered. On hot days on the Pax, you will have the feeling as if you are sailing on a luxurious open boat. In winter, we use the heating to ensure that it is pleasantly warm. Thanks to the special curved skylights you always have a fantastic view!
The bar offers an extensive range of drinks with a wide choice of tasty wines. The Pax also has a toilet and coat rack on board.
The Pax is the ideal boat to welcome your business guests and enjoy a luxurious dinner or to enjoy the city together during an informal drink. We are happy to provide catering for you; from appetizers, high teas to extensive 5-course dinners. Inform us about your wishes and we will arrange it. All you have to do is aboard and enjoy!

Boarding: Boarding without any extra costs can be done at any public dock within the Canal District area (Singel – Herengracht – Keizersgracht – Prinsengracht – Singelgracht). Central and convenient boarding locations are the Homomonument (Jordaan area) and Koepelkerk (near Central Station).
If you prefer to board somewhere else, this is also possible. We’ll inform you about the nearest dock and additional costs.
Reservation: We ask for a down payment of the full cost of the cruise to make the reservation final. For this, we will send you a down payment invoice. The deposit can be paid via a secure online environment with known payment methods such as iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. The drinks and catering will be invoiced after the cruise.

No hidden costs: Rates include private boat, skipper and host(ess), boarding and disembarking within the Grachtengordel. Price includes VAT and excludes entertainment fees (tourist tax).
